NGDM wins two MPA awards

NGDM wins two MPA awards National Geographic's Digital Media division has been honored with two Magazine Publishers of America Digital Awards for two videos: “Searching for the Snow Leopard” and “Fast Lane to the Future.” Rob Covey, senior vice president of content development and design for NGDM, accepted the awards from presenter Kate Maxwell (left) of Condé Nast Traveler at a luncheon in New York City. “Searching for the Snow Leopard” won for Best Online Standalone Video; “Fast Lane to the Future” won Best Online Video Series. The NGM Web site took second place for Web site of the Year in the news, business and finance category.
